Features[edit | edit source]

- Magazine loader: allows you to fire several rounds without reloading.
Player recommendations[edit | edit source]
With mobility and damage on a lightly armored frame, the WPB Anders is a light tank capable of devastating enemy targets with its six round clip and rapidly relocating to avoid enemy fire. Useful as a flanker, AFV hunter, and sniper, the Anders is a multirole fighter capable of punching well above its weight.
Pros and cons[edit | edit source]
Pros[edit | edit source]
- Good mobility
- Excellent burst damage from six round clip
- Well sloped upper frontal armor
- Modern APS
- Unmanned turret
- Invisible movement
Cons[edit | edit source]
- Weak armor when not sloped. Driver's hatch is big and easy to hit/penetrate with autocannons.
- Rear mounted turret
- High profile
- Long reload on the clip, with no option for partial reload
Upgrade suggestions[edit | edit source]
The WPB Anders is all about heavy firepower on a light frame, so it should be upgraded. Researching the Improved Laser Rangefinder, Improved Autoloader, and upgraded ammunition will significantly improve lethality. While the upgrades to mobility are sparse, they should be researched relatively early, to augment the already impressive mobility.
Retrofit suggestions[edit | edit source]
- Improved Gun Breech
- Advanced Muzzle Reference System
- Electro-Optical Absorbing Paint
- Augmented Optics
Commander and crew skill suggestions[edit | edit source]
- Commander: Sabrina Washington, for improvements to camo rating, view range, and accuracy
- Driver: Smooth Ride, Off-Road Driving
- Gunner: Quick Draw, Sharpshooter

The Anders Multi-Role Combat Platform (Wielozadaniowa Platforma Bojowa, WPB) started as an attempt to replace the aging Soviet-era arsenal with something more suitable for the modern battlefield. The platform was named after General Władysław Albert Anders, a famous commander of the Polish forces in the Second World War. The initial idea was to transform the Polish armed forces to a highly-mobile force organized into Mechanized Brigades, equipped with either light wheeled vehicles (the Rosomak platform) or with tracked vehicles (the Anders platform). The Puma family of upgraded BMPs was also considered for the role, but the program was canceled earlier on.
The actual development started in 2008. It took only 24 months to develop the platform and to build a demonstrator of the Light Tank configuration. The Light Tank configuration demonstrator was first introduced to public during the MSPO 2010 expo in Kielce. The prototype was intended for a crew of three men (driver, commander and gunner) and was made of welded steel plates. The vehicle was equipped with a low-profile manned turret with the crew sitting in the turret basket inside the hull. The turret was armed with a Swiss 120mm RUAG smoothbore gun.
The MSPO introduction of the vehicle was met with lukewarm response. The most common criticisms included the fact that the vehicle was under-developed at the time and its protection levels were considered insufficient. These issues resulted in the military’s dismissal of the project. Despite these setbacks, OBRUM continued to develop the platform, resulting in an IFV configuration demonstrator. Another Fire Support version also appeared two years later, this time with a Belgian CT-CV turret by Cockerill, armed with a 105mm gun. This variant was introduced to public during the EUROSATORY expo in Paris in 2012. The platform re-appeared in 2016 under a different name as an IFV but, once again, went nowhere, this time likely for good.
