==History== Class: Tank Support Combat Vehicle
Developed: 2000-2018
Service: 2011+
Vehicles Built: cca 20
Operators: Russia, Kazakhstan This Russian-developed vehicle, also called the Terminator, was designed to accompany tanks and protect them against various non-MBT threats. It combines the benefits of an Armored Fighting Vehicle with the protection and maneuverability of a Main Battle Tank. This 2001 model used a modified T-90 MBT hull and caught the attention of both the Russian military and a number of potential clients. It has been offered practically non-stop for two decades now with various improvements made over time and the Russians finally decided to adopt it in 2018. However, any significant production is yet to take place.
