Kathryn Grey is a premium commander in Armored Warfare. She was first available as a reward in the first Storyline Campaign in 2017,[1] and later featured as one of the prizes with updated skills in Seahawks Battle Path.[2] She also returns as a purchasable commander via the web shop from time to time.
Kathryn is a commander designed for use in Main Battle Tanks: her basic skill boosts her Main Battle Tank's reload speed, and many of her supporting skills favor close range combat by improving her own vehicle's hull and turret traverse rates, as well as vehicle acceleration. She can improve her tank's firepower even further with skills that further increase reload speed while in close range, as well as skills that increase the chance of dealing maximum damage with her vehicle's ammunition.

Place of Birth: Gainsville, Florida
Kathryn Grey grew up in Florida, the daughter of a car mechanic. She has always been a bit of a tomboy, tinkering with cars in her dad’s garage. Economic crisis forced her to enlist in the U.S. Army to help support her family. After the collapse of the American forces in Europe, she was offered a lucrative contract by Clayburn Industries that she could not refuse. New to the corporate world, she found it to be a poor fit to her wild, gung-ho personality. In 2039, after receiving the orders to kill civilians, she joined the Seahawk rebellion.

- Kathryn Grey was one of the protagonists in the 2017 Storyline Campaign, a story which depicted her task force's defection and subsequent rebellion against Clayburn Industries. She was the second-in-command of the Task Force Seahawk.[3] She also returns as one of the main story characters for the Black Company series of Special Operations.[4]
