The BMD-1P is a Tier 4 progression Armored Fighting Vehicle under Marat Shishkin's dealership.

History[]

Operators: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and several other post-Soviet countries (mostly phased out by now)

The BMD-1P was first produced in the late 1970s as a modernization of the BMD-1 with the most notable change being the installation of a more modern 9K111 ATGM launcher, replacing the older Malyutka one. Given it was never used the way it was intended but rather as a standard IFV during the war in Afghanistan, even these upgraded BMDs suffered heavy losses.
