The AMX-30B2 is an improved version of the AMX-30B Main Battle Tank, featuring a new Fire Control System, an upgraded engine, improved suspension and new APFSDS ammunition. It was the final mass-produced version of the AMX-30 and remained in service in France until its replacement by Leclerc.
